Full-fit separation technology: analysis of advantages and disadvantages of freeze separation and heating separation

      In the OCA.OCR full-fit process, the yield has always been a difficult level to break. Is it only possible to scrap the defective products? This is a huge loss for the factory; it is a very headache for engineers and technicians!

      At present, the main methods of reworking the defective products are the hot-disconnecting and freezing separation methods. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are as follows:

      First :Freezing separation method

      The advantage is high separation efficiency, 300PCS per hour, and good cleaning

      The main disadvantages are:

      1. Freezing separation must be replaced by polarizers, which adds a rework cost.

      2. Freezing separation is more effective for OCA hard rubber materials, but there will be a large number of defective products for Mitsubishi OCA soft rubber separation.

      3. Freezing separation The LCD module is not good, mainly because the low temperature of the frame glass of the liquid crystal glass can only reach 30 degrees below zero, below 30 degrees below zero, and the phenomenon of flower screen will appear, mainly the leakage of liquid crystal.

      4. When the OGS is fully bonded, the yield of TP can be guaranteed to be low. The OGS TP of the professional OEM is only about 30%. If the OCA is 175mm or 150mm, some products cannot be separated, and OGS is good. The rate is not high.

      5. When the GF is fully bonded, the membrane TP is basically scrapped.

      6. Freezing separation can not be divided into 8 inch or more full-fit products, LCM will cold screen.

      Second:Thermal separation method

      The advantage is:

      1. High yield, Mitsubishi OCA can protect polarizers.

      2. OGS full-fit products, LCM can be maintained above 95%, OGS TP yield can be guaranteed more than 90%.

      3. GF full-fit products, if you use Mitsubishi OCA, LCM can be maintained above 95%, OGS TP yield can be guaranteed more than 90%.

      4. Thermal separation and separation can separate more than 8 inches of products with full fit.

      The main disadvantage is that the efficiency is not cold and high, 40PCS/H per hour.
